I started Brkich Design Group in 2005 to bring great design and creative marketing to small businesses like yours. From one small business owner to another, I totally get all the hats we have to wear. And some days it’s hard enough to keep a business going, let alone growing. In 2005, Cassie formed Brkich Design Group and made its mission to help small businesses that are active in their communities. In addition to branding and web design services, she also provides marketing consulting, working closely with clients to help them dream big and push themselves to reach their full potential.
Dominique Britt
Operations Manager
Riding shotgun to high-achieving women in leadership in both corporate and small business spaces, clarity through strategy and organization comes second nature to Dominique. Bringing in over a decade of experience in administration and operations, she brings a set of skills that bridges the gap between visionary and implementation.
Latoya Bass
Project Manager
LaToya (Toya), loves being behind the scenes and offering support. Her passion for keeping things organized and building relationships, has led her to project management. She applies her enthusiasm for systems and processes to facilitate communication and nurture lasting client relationships—with the BDG team and its clients.
Vivian Suarez
Creative Director
With over 10 years of experience in impactful visual design, Vivian excels in crafting compelling narratives that resonate deeply with audiences. Originally from Colombia and now living in Argentina, she is always open to new cultures and ideas. When not designing, she spends time with her family, plans trips, or engages in crafts like embroidery and weaving.
Chris Currier
Marketing Strategist
Chris Currier, founder of CCM&A, brings over 20 years of marketing strategy expertise to his new role as a marketing specialist and client success manager for BDG. In this capacity, Chris will help guide client marketing initiatives while ensuring that project outcomes align with business goals. With a focus on branding, digital marketing, and client relationships, Chris offers tailored solutions that drive measurable results for businesses of all sizes.
Robert Dickson
Web Developer
Robert is a front-end web developer who loves bringing beautiful designs to life. He immerses himself in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (and loads of podcasts) pursuing better ways of building the web. He believes a well-built site can transform a business, and prioritizes user experience and problem-solving.
Joline Atkins
Social Media
Writer. Speaker. Actress. Director. Does Joline just love telling others what to do? When she dons her writing hat she creates social media and blog content for us and our clients. Joline is also the author of two tell-all memoirs. (Well, not totally tell-all, but as close as she can before getting run out of town.)
Paige Crawley
Graphic Designer
Paige is a graphic designer with a passion for branding, typography, and the food industry. She loves solving design problems with effective, creative solutions that help small businesses grow. Outside of design, Paige loves to cook and is known for throwing extravagant dinner parties.
AMY SCHAFFER
BDG Brand Design
Amy is the fearless leader of our internal marketing team. She grew up trying crafts like sewing and paper-crafting with her mom and wood projects with her dad. She uses these experiences as inspiration and often incorporates hand-made elements into her work. She loves branding, publication, and packaging design.
Connor Grieb
Web Developer, SEO Specialist
Connor is a Grove City College graduate with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Driven by a passion for digital strategy, he founded SEO Vineyard to empower businesses through digital marketing, SEO, and social media management. He lives in Cranberry Twp, PA, with his wife, Macy, their son, Graham, and their dog, Bean. He enjoys playing golf, contributing musically to his church by playing guitar, and spending time with family.
Josh Merow
Graphic Designer
Josh is a branding and web designer with a passion to help small businesses create unique and memorable experiences for customers. He loves meeting new people with the vision to make the lives of others better. He explores local businesses with his wife, drums, and watches hockey.
